Update to Networth

I've updated my net worth on Networth IQ and the graphic to the right. My net increased by $22k last quarter or 6%. My assets increased by 27% ($206) primarily as a result of real estate purchases while my debt grew by 43% ($102k) for the same reason. I've put the 2 new houses I purchased at "as is"value and increased my short term debt mainly as a result of borrowing to finance rehabbing costs. My 401k grew by 6% as well- combination of 9.8% growth plus savings. Hopefully, next quarter will reflect profits from the sale of one or more properties.
