It is. With that settled I'll go on to say that if you receive a consultation for only $100 then you are correct you have gotten quite a bargain. With the information you would have designed just for your home you should be able to do most of the work yourself and come out way ahead in the real estate game. If you choose to have the home stager do the work for you then, yes you will spend more for the expertise but you will only know by trying if the expense is warranted. That is, unless you do a quick check with your search engine and discover all the "success stories" through which it has been shown over and over -- home staging works. But here is the problem. Once you discover how well home staging works you will be hooked. You will likely have all your investements staged and have to work harder to find more properties in which to invest because your "merchandise" is likely to fly off the shelves.
